Account details (name, email, phone), listings and photos you post, messages you send, your approximate location (governorate/city you choose or that your browser shares), and, for verification, identity documents you upload.
To operate the marketplace: show your listings, connect you with buyers/sellers, show items near you, verify identities and businesses, prevent fraud, and improve the Platform.
ID / passport / driving-license images you upload for verification are used only to verify your identity by our moderation team, stored securely, and never shown publicly. You may request their deletion after verification.
We do not sell your personal data. Public profile information (display name, ratings, active listings) is visible to other users. We may share data to comply with the law or protect the Platform.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising trackers are required to browse.
You can access, correct, or delete your account and data at any time from your account page, or by emailing us.
