By using Finiqians (the “Platform”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Business and verified accounts require additional information and moderator approval.
You are solely responsible for the ads you post. New listings are reviewed and must be approved by our moderation team before becoming public. Prohibited items (illegal goods, weapons, counterfeit products, adult content, and anything violating Lebanese law) are not allowed and will be removed.
No spam, fraud, harassment, or misrepresentation. We may suspend or ban accounts and remove content that violates these Terms.
Finiqians is a venue that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items, or the ability of users to complete a sale. Always meet in safe public places.
Boosting, featured placement, and banner advertising are offered for a fee. Fees are non-refundable once a promotion is active.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finiqians is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
